Returns Refunds Exchanges

Scout Leroux is a second-hand consignment store selling on behalf of individual sellers. For this reason, and under Australian Consumer Law, no returns/refunds/exchanges are offered for change of mind, wrong size, personal preference,disclosed condition, misuse, damage after purchase, refusal to return the item, or disagreement with the return terms and conditions.

Refunds only are offered as items are ‘one-off’ We cannot provide an exchange or replacement. As per Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund if the item is found to be not authentic, or condition not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving item with a description of issue, and photo evidence.
