Shipping Information

Postage within Australia is free of charge via Australia Post (regular service), with Signature on Delivery added.

Express post is available for an additional $20 flat rate.

For Insurance, or are located outside of Australia, please contact us via the ‘Contact’ page, or DM us on Instagram to purchase. Additional charges apply for these services.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive tracking information once your item is on its way.

At this stage orders from outside Australia can only be made by contacting us on the website, or DM on Instagram. All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any customs duties, taxes, GST, or additional import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused at customs, or returned to Scout Leroux due to unpaid charges, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Shipments may be subject to delays outside our control, including customs clearance, local courier networks, or remote delivery locations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on potential duties and taxes before placing an order, as Scout Leroux cannot advise or estimate these costs.
